Turnover 2011 : € 344,3 million

Heurtey Petrochem announces a € 344,3 million turnover for 2011 with a 46% growth compared to the € 235,4 millions 2010’s figure.
 
The organic growth, excluding Prosernat’s contribution consolidated in the Group’s accounts since April 1st, 2011, reaches 21% (23% at constant rate).

  • A High growth in both sectors of activity

 The activity remained high in the core business sector of process fired heaters, as well as in the gas treatment sector, recently acquired through Prosernat.
 
It is split as follows:

  • € 284,1 million for process fired heaters in progression of  21%. This growth was carried by the refining activities dynamism and the steady hold of hydrogen projects, among others. 
  • € 60,2 million for natural gas treatment over the 9 months period. Over 12 months, Prosernat’s turnover reached € 72,4 million with a 48% growth.

 The group’s 2011 turnover is split as 52% for the refining, 20% for the hydrogen, 17% for natural gas and 11% for the petrochemicals.
 
The geographical distribution is split as follows: Middle-east/Africa: 30 %, France/Europe/Russia: 29%, India/Asia: 23%, and Americas: 18%. 

  • A High backlog

 On December 31st, 2011, the group’s backlog rose to € 321,7 million (including € 64,6 million for natural gas treatment activities with a 21% growth compared to December 31st, 2010.)
 
The activity distribution is shared as follows: 58% for the refining, 20% for the hydrogen, 20% for natural gas and 2% for the petrochemicals.
 
The backlog includes a significant part of European and Russian contracts (46%), with regards the award in December 2011 of € 107 millions worth contracts with the Russian company Rosneft, first Russian refining company. The remaining is divided as follows: 19% in America, 18% in the Middle-east/Africa and 17% in India/Asia.
 
Strengthened by its high backlog and comforted by the favorable market trend, the group is confident in its ability to hold a good level of activity in 2012.
